This service starts from £300+VAT. The final cost depends on how the size and condition of the property.

How long does the report take?

We can usually complete your valuation report within a week of you accepting our quote.

What can I expect from your property valuation service?

One of our registered valuers will then inspect the property and compile a RICS Valuation Report. This report is in a standard format that was developed by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Can any chartered surveyor value my property?

No.  We have been registered since the inception of the registered valuers scheme in 2013.

Do I need a home valuation if I’m getting a HomeBuyer Report?

No, you don’t need a separate property valuation if you’re getting a HomeBuyer Report for the property. The HomeBuyer Report already includes a valuation and a reinstatement value (for insurance purposes).
